Rina Sawayama Releases Two New Songs “Flavour Of The Month” & “Imagining” featuring Amaarae
Japanese-British singer-songwriter Rina Sawayama released two new songs “Flavour Of The Month” and “Imagining” on December 8, 2023.
Both songs are featured on the bonus edition of her sophomore album “Hold the Girl”.
The bonus edition comprises 15-track, including the standard edition 13 songs and two new songs.
“Flavour Of The Month” was written by Rich Cooper and Rina Sawayama. Produced by Rich Cooper.
A demo version of “Flavour Of The Month” is featured on Japanese edition of the second album.
On “Imagining”, she teamed up with Ghanaian-American singer-songwriter Amaarae.
It is the fist collaboration between Rina Sawayama and Amaarae.
The track was written by Adam Crisp, Amaarae, Lauren Aquilina, Rina Sawayama, and Vic Jamieson. Produced by Clarence Clarity.- FsAFKWTosAM

The sophomore album “Hold the Girl” was released in 2022.
Rina Sawayama told Pitchfork about the album, “Oftentimes when I've failed, I haven't felt love from my family, and that's been the big struggle. That's what the record is about—reparenting yourself.”-
