3LAU Releases New Song “Easy” featuring XIRA
American DJ 3LAU teamed up with Australian singer-songwriter XIRA again to release a new song “Easy” on October 20, 2023.
This marks their second collaboration since the 2019 smash hit “Tokyo”.
For 3LAU, the song is the third single of 2023, following “Happy / Sad” and the collaborative song “Concentrate” with PUNX and Steve Aoki.
While, XIRA joined in the song after releasing the collaborative song “All Starts To Fall” with Cardinal Sound, which was released on October 13.
3LAU said of the song, XIRA was showing me some vocal ideas in the studio, and the very 1st lyric opened with: 'There’s something about the way / That you got my heart surrounded / It’s a little strange / Don’t know how to feel about it.' What amazed me about the lyric is that it can mean so many different things to different people, and it reminded me why I love to make music: to attempt to capture all feelings words can’t describe, ineffable by language but understood through sound.
