Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK, consisting of Takahiro Moriuchi (vocals/rhythm guitar), Toru Yamashita (guitar), Ryota Kohama (bass) and Tomoya Kanki (drums), released a new song “Make It Out Alive” from the upcoming action role-playing video game “Monster Hunter Now” on August 24, 2023.
The song is their first music since the 2022 tenth studio album “Luxury Disease”.
It was written by Kane Churko, Takahiro Moriuchi, and Jamil Kazmi. Produced by Kane Churko, and Jordan Fish.
The accompanying music video was directed by Yasuhiro Arafune, featuring the video games character.
“Monster Hunter Now” is a fantasy-themed action role-playing video game, which uses AR technology. Created by Niantic Inc. and CAPCOM CO., LTD
Similar to Niantic's other AR games, players will be able to use their smartphone and camera to hunt monsters scattered in the real-life environment.
