KIIRA Releases New Song “Don't Look Down”
Swiss-American singer-songwriter KIIRA released a new song “Don't Look Down” on July 19, 2023.
The song is the third single off of her upcoming EP, following “Candy” and “As You Are”.
It was written by Kira Diethelm and Sam DeRosa. Produced by Jason Parris and Hero Delano.
KIIRA said of the song, “This was the very first song that was written for this EP and I'm so happy it's finally out. It's about facing your fears and doing the things that are outside of your comfort zone. In order to grow, you need to push yourself and do the things that scare you… The only way you can fail is if you don't try. Thank you Sam DeRosa for writing this with me and Jason Parris for producing it. Creating this song was so therapeutic and healing... I hope you like it.”
The new EP is expected to be released in 2023. It is her first project since the 2022 debut EP “Butterfly”.- Born in Paris, raised in Zurich, KIIRA is a 24 year old Swiss-American songwriter and vocalist.
KIIRA found her way to music through her love of art. She reminds herself not to be afraid to work outside of her comfort zone because that is where great art comes alive.
She debuted with “Last Time” in 2017. The debut EP “Butterfly” was released in 2022. -
