American singer-songwriter Kristi Jacques will release her upcoming sophomore album “Working On A Dream” on May 5, 2023.
From the album, she released the second single called “Scorched Earth” on March 10, 2023.
The track was written by Kristi Jacques and Elise Testone. Produced by Tavis Stanley.
Kristi Jacques said of the song, "I wrote 'Scorched Earth' to highlight what is going on with the climate change. It is something I deeply care about, I even put together an Earth Day Music Fest for the last 10 years.”
The new album is the follow-up to the 2022 debut album “Mosaic”.
Also, she will release the title track on April 21, 2023.- Kristi Jacques grew up in Charleston, SC. Currently, she is based in in the Myrtle Beach area.
She did not touch a guitar for over 25 years, but she making up for that now. Playing, writing, singing, and recording.
She released the 8-track debut album “Mosaic” in 2022.
