Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ David Guetta & MORTEN Release New Song “You Can't Change Me” featuring RAYE
French DJ David Guetta and Danish DJ Morten Breum teamed up with British singer-songwriter RAYE again to release a new song “You Can't Change Me”.
It is the first collaboration in three years since the 2019 “Make It to Heaven” for the trio.
Also, for David Guetta and RAYE, the song is the follow up to the 2021 “Bed” with Joel Corry.
The song is featured on David Guetta and MORTEN's new EP “Episode 2”, which is set be released on November 4, 2022.
The track was written by David Guetta, Luca Emanuele Ventafridda, Mikkel Cox, Morten Breum, Rachel Keen, and Tobias Sjogren Frederiksen.
Produced by David Guetta, MORTEN, Mike Hawkins and Toby Green.
David Guetta said, “After spending the entire summer in Ibiza and playing the new tracks at my Hï Ibiza residency, I couldn't wait to release them! I'm really happy that we got to work with RAYE again, her voice is absolutely perfect for 'You Can't Change Me' and I love how the track turned out. This EP and our own label is a new chapter for Future Rave, and it's amazing to see how much impact the sound we created is making!”- MORTEN said, “I'm really excited to be releasing a second Future Rave EP with David. We've been playing a lot of these tracks over the summer, together during our residency at Hï Ibiza but also at festivals all over the world so I think a lot of people will recognize the tracks. The fact that we are able to release this EP on our own label makes it extra special! I can't believe that what we started 3 years ago has turned into something so huge!”
After “Make It to Heaven”, RAYE left Polydor Records and started as an independent artist.
