London-based singer-songwriter Charlotte Clark has returned with a new song “Lilypad”.
The song received its first play during BBC Radio 1's Future Artists with Jack Saunders.
The song is her first music in a year and a half since the 2021 EP “Warm Weather”. Also, the track will appear on her upcoming EP.
It was written and produced by Charlotte Clark and Scott Verrill.
Charlotte Clark shared on social media, “wowww ok are you ready for my grammy speech on my silly little instagram caption?! what a beautiful 24 hrs it's been of lilypad being yours so many thank yous to give for this song. genuinely thought I might quit music after the rollercoaster that this past couple of years has been ha but learning to allow myself to just feel joy again when it comes to music has brought me to a place where I've written my best songs yet.”
Charlotte Clark is formerly known as ARK, and also a member of Harry Styles' band.
Her debut single “Made for Us” was released in November 2017. She released her debut EP “The Shadow in My Company” in 2018.
