Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Sigala Releases New Song “Melody”
British DJ Sigala released a new song “Melody” via Ministry of Sound Recordings on January 21, 2022.
The song follows up “You for Me” with Rita Ora and “Runaway” with R3hab and JP Cooper.
The track features Ida Martinsen Botten as vocals. It was written by Sigala, Ida Martinsen Botten, T.I Jakke, Shaun Farrugia, Steve Manovski and YK Koi.
Sigala said of the song, “Melody was written at my studio in London with a group of close friends, whom I have known for a long time. We set out to create an unforgettable melody and ended up using that concept as the basis of the song. It's all about meeting somebody whom you can't get out of your head! I wanted this song to have an 'uplifting trance influence' similar to 'Wish You Well', as that remains one of my all-time favourite records.”- source : Apple Music
