  • CHVRCHΞS Premieres New Song “Miracle” on BBC Radio 1
  • Scottish synth-pop band CHVRCHΞS unveiled a new song “Miracle” from their upcoming third album "Love Is Dead", which is set to be released on May 25, 2018.
    The song received its first play during Annie Mac BBC Radio 1. It was written by Lauren Mayberry, Martin Doherty, Iain Cook and Steve Mac.
    The track follows up "Never Say Die" and the album is their first LP in three years.

    Lead vocals, Lauren Mayberry told Annie Mac about the song;
    "Well, this is the song we produced with Steve Mac and the rest of the record we did ourselves and with Greg Kurstin. But this is one we actually did in London with Steve. It’s the only song made on British soil, I guess."
    Synthesisers player, Martin Doherty added:
    "It’s one of those moments where you think you’re album’s done, the pressure’s off, you’re like in a different headspace and then we took that session ‘cause we, you know, Steve is actually a legend in British music and songwriting and production, and we ended up with this and people started getting really excited and its found its way onto the album and here we are, it’s the single."
