Sara Bareilles Releases Theme Song “Little Voice” of Apple TV+ Original Series “Little Voice”
American singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles has released the theme song “Little Voice” of Apple’s similarly-titled TV series.
She wrote the song 16 years ago. “I wrote [the song] when I was 24 years old and it has been sitting as a ‘demo’ ever since,” Sara Bareilles revealed on social media. “I’m so proud to see it as the theme to a new show about finding your voice! Made with love.”
The TV program “Little Voice” stars Brittany O'Grady, Shalini Bathina, Sean Teale and Colton Ryan. Produced by Apple TV+.Directed by Jessie Nelson who also executives produce alongside Sara Bareilles, J. J. Abrams, and Ben Stephenson.
Back in 2007, Sara Bareilles released her second album “Little Voice” of the same title as the TV.
"I didn't want to confuse the audience that this was my story, or that these were songs from that record being given a new life," she explained. "But then it ultimately just felt like it was the title. It just was the story of this person coming into this phase in her life. Listening to your intuition and learning to trust that little voice inside of you, continues to be one of the hardest things to commit to and to make a strong practice in your life.
