Dublin-based Irish alt-rock band Kodaline premiered a new music video for “Wherever You Are” directed by Riley Blakeway.
The video features Teresa Oman and Nick Mahady.
The song was released on January 10th from their upcoming fourth studio album (yet-untitled), which will be released later this year.
The band first performed the song in St. Anne’s Park Dublin, Kodaline’s hometown on May 31, 2019. It was written by Mark Prendergast, Vincent May, Steve Garrigan and Jason Boland.
"‘Wherever You Are’ is about loved ones staying in your heart and mind even when they’re not with you,” says frontman Steve Garrigan. “I wrote it specifically for my girlfriend as due to being away on tour all the time, we never really get to see each other."- source : Hot Press
