Back in September, American folk rock band The Lumineers, consisting of Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites, announced their fourth studio album “BRIGHTSIDE” would be released on January 14, 2022 and released the title track along with a music video.
The album contains 9-track, produced by Brian Hubblen, David Baron, Derek Brown, Rick Mullen and Simone Felice.
The band recorded the album in Boiceville, New York.
On October 13th, the band second single called “BIG SHOT” from the album.
It was written by Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites.
The band performed the song at Santa Barbara Brawl on September 22, 2021.
Wesley Schultz said of the song on the stage, “I think that, when I've been humble in my life, is because I had to work a couple jobs just to play music, to beg friends to come out to shows, to be off the road for 18 months. This song is about us trying to remain humble, trying no get too far ahead of yourself, cause the whole thing is fragile and you should be more grateful for nights like tonight.”- z2pocjX-5Zw
