American singer-songwriter Madison Beer premiered a new song “Home To Another One” on BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds with Clara Amfo on June 2, 2023.
The song is the fourth single off of her upcoming sophomore album “Silence Between Songs”, which is set to be released on September 15, 2023 via Epic Records.
The track was written by Madison Beer, Leroy Clampitt, Tim Sommers, and Lucy Healey. Produced by One Love.
Madison Beer told Clara Amfo about the song, “I wrote another one about six months ago, and it was actually one of the later additions to my album, so I'm really excited to have it as a lead single.”
The accompanying music video was directed by Madison Beer and Aerin Moreno,
She continued, “I love creating this music video so much I was really inspired by the idea of making the person I was in love with someone that was not from this planet. I thought that was an interesting spin on the message of the song. And I love movies like 'Barbarella' or 'Mars Attacks'. And I thought that leaning into sort of this vintage space age kind of feel would be really interesting. And it's something that I've always been really attracted to.”- xSSLSjNJIBw

The new album is her first body work in two years since the 2021 debut album “Life Support”.
She said of the album, “I'm really excited that my album is coming out in September. I think it's hard to say what you can expect from it because I really do feel like every song stands on its own. So well, I'm really proud of it as a body of work, but I think that you really have to listen to every single song to really understand and yeah, I show people love it.
