Back in August, French DJ David Guetta teamed up with American singer-songwriter Bebe Rexha again to release a new song “I'm Good (Blue)”.
It is their first collaboration since the 2021 “Family”. The song samples Italian music group Eiffel 65's 1998 “Blue (Da Ba Dee)”.
David Guetta first performed the song at Ultra Music Festival 2017 five years ago.
David Guetta shared on TikTok, “We recorded this demo with @BebeRexha few years ago. I played for the first time at Ultra in 2017. TikTok Magic ✨ makes it trend for few weeks now. Should we release it?”
Finally, he officially released the song on August 26, 2022.
Bebe Rexha shared, “This song is nostalgic to when I was younger, listening to Eiffel 65's original song, and it was just a fun record that David and I put together naturally. So happy that it's out in the world now.”
On September 21, the pair dropped a new music video for the song, directed by KC LOCKE.
