Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ BANNERS Releases New Song “Perfectly Broken”
British singer-songwriter Michael Nelson, aka BANNERS released a new song “Perfectly Broken” on September 30, 2022.
He first teased the song on Instagram back in June.
The song is the third single after releasing the 2021 EP “It's Gonna Be OK”, following “Keeps Me Going” and “Happier”.
The EP has since garnered over 20 million streams, so far.
It was written by Michael Nelson and produced by Cam Blackwood. He recorded the song in Scotland.
Michael Nelson said of the song, “I wanted to write a song about how our imperfections are what make us interesting. How other people's imperfections are what make them interesting and when our jagged edges fit into their jagged edges, that's when we fall in love.”
Recently, he announced Perfectly Broken Tour 2023 in the UK. The tour kicks off at Oran Mor in Glasgow on February 18, 2023.
