XXXTentacion & Lil Pump Premiere New Song “Arms Around You” featuring Maluma & Swae Lee
American rappers Lil Pump and XXXTentacion have collaborated for a new song “Arms Around You”.
The song features Colombian singer Maluma and American rapper Swae Lee. Produced by EDM artist Skrillex, Mally Mall and JonFX.
Originally, XXXTentacion recorded the song in 2017 with Rio Santana for his sophomore album "?" and Santana's EP "Potions". But XXXTentacion was murdered earlier this year.
Lil Pump contacted XXXTentacion's mother Cleopatra Bernard after his death to ask if he could make a song to "honor his legacy", which resulted in the collaboration. Together, they carefully assembled the song and worked with collaborators Maluma and Swae Lee.
Unfortunately, Rio Santana's vocals was omitted from the song.
For Lil Pump, this is the second high-profile collaboration. In September, Lil Pump worked with American rapper Kanye West on "I Love It", which reached No. 6 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and No. 3 on the UK Singles chart.- source : Rolling Stone
