Sharon Van Etten Performs “Seventeen” and “You Shadow” on Jimmy Kimmel Live
New York-based singer-songwriter Sharon Van Etten appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where she performed her latest two songs “Seventeen” and “You Shadow”.
Two songs appear on her new album "Remind Me Tomorrow", which was released on January 18, 2019.
“Seventeen” was released on January 8, along with a music video, directed by Maureen Towey.
She said of the video, "It is with tears in my eyes that I share with you my love letter to NYC. Places I've lived, lost and found myself, let go of and embraced. Thank you to everyone that held me up over the years. Here is 'Seventeen', directed by the incredible Maureen Towey."
“You Shadow” was released on January 17. "Use loving words and be gentle and kind Open your mind and it’s easy to find where I am," she said.
Sharon Van Etten will promote the new album on a 33-date world tour. A North American leg launches February 6th in Washington, D.C. and concludes March 1st in Los Angeles, followed by a run of European dates throughout March and early April.
