AURORA Releases New Song “Into The Unknown” from Disney Film “Frozen II” Soundtrack
Norwegian singer-songwriter AURORA has released a new song “Into The Unknown” from Disney animated film “Frozen II” soundtrack.
Last December, another version of the song by Idina Menzel, who played as voice of Elsa, was released.
It was written by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. The song was nominated for Best Original Song at Academy Awards.
AURORA said, “I am this voice calling Elsa out to follow her true purposes in her life. My character is not human at all; it’s more ancient than humankind and bigger than what people can become—except for Elsa. We did all the vocals for my character in this big room for the vocals to fly around many times before entering the microphones."
“Frozen II” is the sequel to the 2013 film “Frozen”. Directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, staring Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff.- FcDYP0oDB5A

Idina Menzel said of the song, “I like the song [Into the Unknown] even better, to be honest, and then there’s another song at the end of Frozen [II] called ‘Show Yourself’ that I have that I think is beautiful. And I just, I really commend the Lopezes, because they come from story first. It wasn’t about trying to write another big hooky melody. They wanted to make sure that this furthered the story properly and that they deepened and enriched these characters and helped them evolve into the young women that they are.
