Kailee Morgue Covers Metric’s “Black Sheep”
American singer-songwriter Kailee Morgue covered Canadian rock band Metric's “Black Sheep”.
The track follows the Haylely Kiyoko–assisted “Headcase”, which was released back in March.
She teamed up with producer Dylan Brady, who she previously collaborated with on her song “F**k U.”
The original version appeared on original motion picture “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World” soundtrack in 2010.
She said of the song, “I actually covered ‘Black Sheep’ on tour because I always loved that scene in Scott Pilgrim, and I wanted to recreate that even down to Brie Larson’s movements! It was always the craziest part of my set so I decided to make a studio version to share that feeling with everyone, I can’t wait to perform it again!”- source : Ones To Watch
