Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Jason Gould Releases New Song “World Gone Crazy”
American singer-songwriter Jason Gould released the second single called “World Gone Crazy” from his upcoming EP “Sacred Days” on February 23, 2024.
The song highlights an emotional call for an end to all violence and hatred plaguing people around the world.
The accompanying music video was directed by Jason Gould and Antony Beilinsohn.
In creating the video, Jason Gould chose disturbing imagery of war torn areas along with well known dictators and bad actors juxtaposed with images of children running through fields, happy and free.
Jason Gould said of the song, “'World Gone Crazy' was written before the October 7 attacks in the Middle East. Sadly, the lyrics fit the world situation. They are an expression of sadness, anger, and desperation that many of us feel about what is going on a daily basis. And yet, even in the devastation that human beings cause one another, if enough of us raise our collective voices and vote for leaders that actually care about children, decency and the future of our planet, maybe we can save ourselves from ourselves.”
