Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ The Veronicas Releases New Song “Here To Dance”
Australian pop duo The Veronicas, consisting of Lisa Origliasso and Jessica Origliasso, released the third single called “Here To Dance” from their upcoming sixth studio album “Gothic Summer” on February 9, 2024.
The new album is set to be released in March 2024 and is the first release under their new label Big Noise.
The track was written by Lisa Origliasso, Jessica Origliasso, Cate Downey, and John Feldmann who also produced it.
Jessica Origliasso said of the song, “This song is about disengaging from drama, whether online or personal, and remaining unbothered. I don't care who's watching, I'm just here to dance' is a metaphor and a directive to go where the love is.”
Te duo shared on social media, “It's a pop emergency. Grab your bestie and dance like no one's watching. We've been dying for you all to finally have this song!! 'HERE TO DANCE' is everything we've been feeling the past year. We can't always fix or control things around us, but we can always DANCE, like no one's watching and go where the (disco) light and love is.”- The duo embarks on GOTHIC SUMMER TOUR 2024 in support of the new album in the US. The tour kicks off at The Fillmore in San Francisco, CA on April 3 and will conclude at The Fonda in Los Angeles, CA on May 5, 2024.
