Australian singer-songwriter Shannon Smith released a new song “Valentine's Day” on February 6, 2024.
The song follows up the 2023 singles “Dance the Night Away (Do Do Do Do)” and “I'm Gonna Change”.
On the track, he teamed up with American gospel music quartet The McCrary Sisters. The track was written by Shannon Smith.
Shannon Smith said of the song, “This song was born from a place of deep vulnerability and truth. It tells a story of love, not just in its most joyous moments, but love that has been tested, love that has faltered, and love that has found its way back to redemption. It's about the courage it takes to stand in front of someone you care about and admit your mistakes, the strength to ask for forgiveness, and the power of love to heal and bring us closer together.”
