The Goodies Releases New Song “Around The World” featuring Lukup
San Diego-based reggae-rock duo The Goodies will release their upcoming 6-track debut EP in January 2024.
Last month, the band released the second single called “Around The World” from the EP, following “The Maze” released in September.
On the track the duo teamed up with Costa Mesa-based reggae band Lukup.
The Goodies said of the song, “'Around The World' is what we call a 'fasterpiece masterpiece'. We wrote and recorded the entire song in the studio in one day, including the featured artist Lukup, who also wrote their lyrics on the fly the same day. It was one of those magical moments as a musician when everything just flowed. The song is essentially a love story about how we are all looking for love to save us.”
The duo will the next single entitled “Runnin” on December 1, 2023. The song is the final promotional single off of the album.- source : Apple Music
