True August Releases New Song “Royalty At Home”
Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter True August released a new song “Royalty At Home” on February 17, 2023.
The song is the second single off of his upcoming debut album “Breathing Room”, which is expected to be released this Spring.
The track was written and produced by True August.
The accompanying music video was directed by True August himself.
True August said of the song, “The idea for the song was to try and make a dub-inspired dance track, but with sounds Vince Clarke would enjoy. From there, the lyrics appeared quickly and so they became important in guiding the mood of the arrangement; I wanted to make a club track where the lyrics are given equal importance to the beat/groove.”
The debut album is his first project since the 2019 self-titled EP.- source : Apple Music
