Indigo Releases New Song “Rehearsal”
- Toronto-based singer-songwriter Indigo Villeneuve-Hollis, aka Indigo released a new song “Rehearsal” from her upcoming debut EP.
The song is the second single off of the EP, following “Always About Me” released last October.
The track was written by Indigo Villeneuve-Hollis, Yvanne Dandan and Michael Lantz. Produced by Lantz.
Indigo said of the song, “My latest offering, 'Rehearsal,' takes you into my fantasy world of sexual expression using dance as a sultry poetic landscape. Produced by Lantz, this single is the second release off of my saucy forthcoming debut EP.”
She continued, “I’ve always had a passion for dance and I was inspired to write a song that used the themes of movement to tell a story of lust and fantasy. I just wanted to write something that made me feel sexy, and I think it’s important as a woman to speak freely about sex and what it is that makes me feel powerful in my sensuality.”
She added, “This song has been in the works since 2017, it’s gone through two different productions, I re-wrote the the verses a few times and it’s had two different versions of cover art. It’s been a journey get this track out and standing on its own & I truly hope you love it 🦦”
The debut EP is expected to be released this year.
