Tove Styrke Announces New Album “HARD”, Shares New Song “Hardcore”
Swedish singer-songwriter Tove Styrke announced her fourth studio album “HARD” would be released on June 3, 2022.
From the album, she unveiled a new song “Hardcore” on March 11, 2022.
It was written by Tove Styrke, Jakob Jerlström, and ELVIRA, who also produced the track.
Tove Styrke shared on social media, “'Hardcore' is definitely one of my favorite tracks on the album. It's about wanting someone hardcore. I took the term from gaming; if you die you die but it's all in,” Tove shares. She adds, “I also wanted to make the track sound drunk, like when you're lost in a person. That's why we made the tempo-shifts before each chorus. The production is so good on this one, it blows my mind.”
The new album is her first LP in four years since the 2018 album “Sway”.
She said, “I'm releasing my fourth album - HARD. It's been in the making for years and I've decided it's time to finish it up now and release it. Life, feelings, bodies. Everything's hard. I can't wait to show you this music!”- Photo by Ninja Hanna
