  • Kygo Releases New Song “Dancing Feet” featuring DNCE

  • Norwegian DJ Kygo teamed up with American pop band DNCE to release a new song “Dancing Feet” on February 25, 2022.

This marks the first time Kygo and DNCE have worked together.
They first performed the song at the Sports Illustrated Super Bowl Part in Los Angeles on February 12, 2022.
For Kygo, the song follows up "Undeniable" featuring X Ambassadors, which was released last October.
Meanwhile, DANCE is back after a four-year hiatus. The song is their first music since the 2018 EP “People To People”.
The track was written by Kygo, Jessica Agombar, Rami and David Stewart. Produced by Kygo and David Stewart.
“Joe and I met years ago in Las Vegas and have wanted to find the right song to work on together for a while,” says Kygo. “When I started working on 'Dancing Feet' with David Stewart, it immediately felt like a special song. He had previously done a few records with Joe and both of us felt he could be the perfect fit for it. A few weeks later Joe and I were in the studio together in LA and finally had a song together that we both really loved! It was also great to have the chance to shoot a fun music video in Miami with DNCE and perform the song with them during Super Bowl weekend.”
“We first met Kygo when we did some shows together in 2016. We're excited to collab with him for the first time on 'Dancing Feet' and share this song with the world and lean into our funk & disco influences,” says DNCE.
  • “It's really happy. It's that feeling of not really giving a fuck and enjoying life to the fullest,” DNCE frontman Joe Jonas told Rolling Stone about the song. “I think what DNCE always did so well was bring joy to people, which is what I wanted to do with this new batch of music. Obviously it's still very tricky times, but it reminds us all of being able to go out there and dance and enjoy life.”
The music video will be premiered on March 1, 2022.
