Freya Ridings Premieres New Music Video for “Castles”
- Back in May, London-based singer-songwriter Freya Ridings released her latest song “Castles” as 6th single off of her upcoming self-titled debut.
Followed by, she has released the live music video for the song, which was shot at the Barbican, directed by Raja Virdi. Also she performed the song on the BBC Glastonbury Festival.
On July 9th, the official music video was premiered. The new visual features Ridings in three different monochrome vignettes, one blue, one red, and one white.
The debut album is out July 19th. “I’m incredibly grateful that people come to my shows and are enthusiastic about the songs,” says Freya Ridings. “I feel really humbled when people say that my music helped them in some way. I’ve made an album that I’m really proud of, but I’m determined to keep working hard. I’m certainly not going to rest on my laurels.“
She will support Hozier: Wasteland, Baby! Tour in October and embark on her 2019 UK Tour in support of the album in November. The tour kicks off at O2 Academy Newcastle on November 11th.
