Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter GABRIELLA RAELYN, formerly known as Gemyni, released a new song “peace OR love” on June 30, 2023.
The song is the second installment in her “NEPHELE: ACT I” project, continuing the theme of inner turmoil from her previous single “wish upon a STAR”.
Combining ethereal synthpop composition with an experimental reggaeton-style beat, she has created a truly unique track.
The track was written and produced by GABRIELLA RAELYN.
GABRIELLA RAELYN said of the song, “This one’s a bit experimental. ‘peace OR love’ is a synthpop, reggaeton song about the struggle of loving something or someone who is the ultimate source of stress in your life. it can be an actual person, but for me it was mostly about personifying music and my relationship with my music career. Frankly, it’s STRESSFUL and having to constantly keep yourself going on willpower alone takes its toll, so I wanted this song to represent that struggle.”- source : Apple Music
