Hunter Daily Releases New Song “Don't Fall Asleep”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Hunter Daily released a new song “Don't Fall Asleep” along with a music video on February 17, 2023.
The song will appear on her upcoming debut EP “Die In LA”, which is expected to be released this Spring.
It was written by Hunter Daily, Matt Hall, David Schaeman and Orion Meshorer. Produced by David Schaeman and Orion Meshorer.
The accompanying video was directed by Connor Brashier.
Hunter Daily said of the song, “It's funny how the title came to me, because my boyfriend playfully said it to me one night when I was falling asleep. It was a joke, but I wrote it down and brought it to my session the next day because I thought it was so cute. It's the feeling of not wanting to fall asleep because you don't want to miss a second of being with your person. And even though the morning will come soon, sometimes, it's not soon enough.”- She shared on social media, “I wrote this song with some of my favorite people, Orion Meshorer, Matt Hall, David Schaeman, and we put sooo much love into it! They say the best songs are the ones you write in 15 minutes, and honestly this one felt like one of those, the song fell out so naturally that day. This song genuinely makes me sooo soo happy and I'm so excited to finally share it! ”
