Cuban-American singer Camila Cabello released her sophomore album “Romance” on December 6th.
The 14-track album features guest appearance from Canadian singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes, who performed on "Señorita", which was co-writen by Charli XCX.
Camila Cabello said of the album concept, “I thought of the album title Romance about a year ago. I wrote this super long thing called the “Romance Manifesto” where I was just talking about what I wanted this album to be, how I wanted it to make me feel, how I wanted it to make other people feel. And I think visually, I just loved the idea of like, when you’re in love, you’re almost on another plane of living… it’s like getting really close to heaven. The “Romance Museum” which is basically this big castle, is where all these stories are stored. These pieces of art, which are really stories of being in love. That’s why in the reveal, it’s like “Liar” and “Shameless” are these stories that have been immortalized in this museum.”
Also, she appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to perform the fifth single “Living Proof” from the album.- SrdQTMWwixc
