Alessia Cara Shares New Song “Rooting For You”
- Canadian singer-songwriter Alessia Cara will release her sophomore EP “This Summer” on September 6, 2019.
The EP is the follow-up to her second album “The Pains of Growing”, which was released in 2018.
On August 9th, she dropped the second single “Rooting For You” from the EP. It was written by Jon Levine.
The acoustic-sounding song tells a story of a friendship which turned bad after Alessia was constantly tied up in drama.
She is currently touring with Shawn Mendes and will begin her own headlining U.S. tour on October 21st at the Orpheum Theater in Boston. - source : Rolling Stone
