British singer-songwriter Charli XCX has dropped a new music video for “Blame It On Your Love” featuring American rapper Lizzo.
The video was filmed in New York, directed by Bradley & Pablo. It celebrates love in its many wild forms.
The song was released last month and written by Mikkel Storleer Eriksen, EASYFUN, Lizzo, Tor Erik Hermansen, Sasha Sloan, Noonie Bao and Charli XCX.
The track is taken from her upcoming third studio album “Charli”.
The album comprises of 15-track and features guest appearances from Christine and the Queens, Sky Ferreira, Troye Sivan, Kim Petras, Tommy Cash, Haim, Lizzo, Big Freedia, Cupcakke, Brooke Candy and Pabllo Vittar.
"My album is beautiful & soft & aggressive & emotional & clubby & tender all at once," she tweets about Charli. "I've really put all of ME into this. Every aspect of my personality, truth about romantic relationships, working relationships, friends. It's honest & raw & I can't wait for u to hear it."
