London and Los Angeles based production duo FARR has released a new song "Blades" on SoundCloud.
The song was written by Roméo and Linden Jay. The track is soul music and cinematic sound with 70's guitar riff.
Roméo and Linden met in London in a session last year, and launched a new project FARR. The duo created the music between London and Los Angeles through online each other, edited in the studio together as much as possible from either side of the ocean.
The duo released a debut song "DOWN" in April 2017.
Their music is influenced from soul music, the likes of Stevie Wonder, Curtis Mayfield, D’Angelo, Sly & The Family Stone.
About the new song Roméo said;
"'Blades' is the next step of our story, written mostly over WhatsApp. The song came together one night when Linden sent me the hook beat as he was ending the night in London, and by the time he woke up, I’d sent him the vocal hook from Los Angeles and had started piecing together the rest of the track."- source : CLASH
