Canadian singer-songwriter Kellie Loder returned with a new song “So High” for the first time in almost a year, following “Afterglow”.
The track was written and produced by Kellie Loder and Joey Langlois.
She has already filmed the music video directed by Brandan Reid, which will be premiered soon.
Kellie Loder shared on social media, “This song was a bit of a surprise at my doorstep, literally. I had just signed a lease on a new place. I went there for the day to make sure everything was working properly and everything was clean before I moved in. There was no furniture in the apartment. Just walls, floors, and an old book shelf left behind. There were however two really old plastic patio chairs on the deck. A friend called me because he was in town from Montreal and wanted to write a song. I said 'Sure, you can come over, but the only thing I can offer you is a chair that looks like it's been outside for 30 years'. He came with pizza, olives, and guitar in hand, and we sat out there in the golden hour and wrote this song.”- source : SoundCloud
