  • Autogramm Releases New Song “Diana” & Cover of Nichts' “Licht Aus”

  • Synth-driven power-pop band Autogramm from Seattle, Chicago, and Vancouver, consisting of Jiffy Marx (vocals/synths/guitar), The Silo (vocals/drums), CC Voltage (vocals/bass} and Lars Von Seattle (vocals/guitars), released a new song “Diana” and a cover of German rock band Nichts' “Licht Aus” on February 19, 2024 via Sweden's Beluga Records.

Two songs are their first music since the 2023 album “Music That Humans Can Play”.
The new song “Diana” follows their tradition of crafting sing-along new wave anthems, but this time with a darker twist.
The band bassist CC Voltage said of te song, “The bass line came to me while I was working. I was able to use my break time to grab a cheap synthesizer and track the idea quickly on Garageband. The Silo was able to polish up the ideas in his studio in Chicago and Jiffy used my scratch vocal idea to create the rest of the eerie atmosphere of the song.”
The original version of “Licht Aus” is featured on Nichts' 1982 album “Tango 2000”.
  • Autogramm embarks on their European tour in March. The tour kicks off at Slachthuis in Haarlem, Netherlands on March 16 and will conclude at Ondergrondse in Zwolle, Netherlands on March 29, 2024.
