Zolita Announces New EP “Falling Out/Falling In”, Shares New Song “Ruin My Life”
- American singer-songwriter Zoë Montana Hoetzel, aka Zolita announced her third EP “Falling Out/Falling In”, which will be released on February 10, 2023.
It is her first project in three years since the 2020 debut album “Evil Angel”.
From the EP, she unveiled the second single called “Ruin My Life” along with a music video on November 9, 2022.
The track was written by Zoë Montana Hoetzel, Riley Biederer, and Davis Naish who also produced it.
The accompanying video was directed by Zolita herself, starring May Daniels, Madeline Ford, Sierra Fujita, Emily Gracin, and Tracy Ward.
Zolita said of the song, “‘Ruin My Life’ is about that period of time when you fall in love with someone and it genuinely feels like nothing else matters. You start canceling plans, blowing off your friends, losing focus at work, and it may be unhealthy, but it feels so good. It’s about needing someone so badly that you wouldn’t mind if they ruined your life.”
Zolita embarks on North American tour in support of the EP. The tour kicks off at Songbyrd in Washington, DC on February 18, 2023.
