New Zealand singer-songwriter Chelsea Jade Metcalf, aka Chelsea Jade returned with a new song “Optimist” alongside a music video.
The song is the first single off of her upcoming sophomore album “Soft Spot”.
Back in 2020, she released “Superfan” from the album, but it was removed now.
Chelsea Jade shared on social media, “OPTIMIST is out everywhere. Full credits in the YouTube description! This is the first single off my record SOFT SPOT”
She wrote the song and co-produced with Leroy Clampitt. The music video was directed by Chelsea Jade Metcalf herself.
The new album comprises 9-track and is set to be released on April 29, 2022. It is her first album in four years.- source : Apple Music
