Sigma Teams Up With LOWES and U137 for New Song “Faded”
British DJ duo Sigma teamed up British alt-pop band LOWES and Swedish cinematic post-rock duo U137 to release a new song “Faded”.
The song will appear on Sigma's upcoming sophomore album “Hope”, which is set to be released on April 22, 2022.
Sigma, LOWES and U137 made the song during lockdown of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It was written by Cameron Edwards, Joe Lenzie, Adam Tornblad, Oscar Gullbrandsen, Matt Rowe, Josh White, Evie Plumb, Luke Paget and Jamie Walker.
The accompanying music video was directed by Oceane Combeau.
Sigma shared on social media, “Excited to announce that this single is part of our new album Hope which will be released in April.”
LOWES said, “We wrote 'Faded' with the incredible Sigma. We did this in lockdown and it certainly sums up the strange times we have all had to put up with. Big love to everyone involved and all of you lot showing support as ever. Means a lot to me and Joe Lenzie. Let's do this!! ❤️”
U137 said, “During the lockdowns I collaborated on a song called 'Faded' with Sigma & LOWES.”
The new album “Hope” comprises 18-track, featuring guest appearances from Birdy, Carla Marie, Kovic, Jack Savoretti, John Newman, Laet, LOWES, U137, Kelly Kiara, Louis III, Karma Kid, Louisa, Sam Feldt, Gia Koka and Maverick Sabre.- source : Apple Music
