Gabi DeMartino Releases New Song “Immaculate”
Cuban-American singer-songwriter and YouTuber Gabi DeMartino has released a new song “Immaculate” along with a music video.
The song will appear on her upcoming debut album “Beautiful Mess”.
The track draws her personal challenges dealing with cancel culture along with harassment online, internet stalking, and overall toxicity on the internet.
It interpolates Nelly Furtado's 2006 “Say It Right”. The accompanying video was directed by Nayip.
Through her own personal experience, Gabi DeMartino launched a fundraiser to benefit NAMI: The National Alliance on Mental Illness as an advocate for mental health awareness.
She said, “Although I am proud to live in an age where people are held to great levels of accountability, the need for influential humans to conform to perfectionism held by mass amounts of other humans, who aren't even perfect themselves, has been destroying peace within our culture and is resulting in a major mental health crisis.”- source : Apple Music
