American R&B singer Tinashe teamed up with Migos rapper Offset on a new song “No Drama”.
The song is the first single off of her upcoming third studio album "Joyride", which is expected to be released in early 2018. It was writtn by Offset, Starrah, StarGate and Tinashe.
Also a music video for the song was premiered on VEVO.
Last October, in an interview with Highsnobiety, she clarified that the delay of the new album "Joyride" first teased all the way back in 2015—has nothing to do with her label. She explained, "Sometimes it takes longer, sometimes it just comes to you instantly, sometimes songs take weeks, months or years for people to complete."
This time, she inspired from Janet Jackson's "Velvet Rope" for the new album, "I remember putting it in and listening to the opening track which has all these helicopter sound effects, and I was just blown away by it. I love every song on that album, they're honestly all so different and diverse and versatile, but also they tell such an amazing story which is what I really love. Ever since the experience of discovering that album, listening to it, and being amazed, it's definitely changed my life and inspired me as I've created my own music."-
