Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ twocolors Teams Up With Pia Mia for New Remix “Lovefool”
Back in May, Berlin-based DJ duo twocolors covered The Cardigans' “Lovefool”.
The original version of the song was released by Swedish rock band The Cardigans from their third studio album “First Band on the Moon” in 1996, and reached No. 2 on the UK Singles chart.
The duo said, “We didn’t just want to do a cover by adding a beat and speeding it up. Our goal was to reinterpret ‘Lovefool,' coming up with a cool guitar riff, a driving bass line, and highlighting the melancholy.”
Following the cover version, the duo teamed up with American singer-songwriter Pia Mia to release a new remix of “Lovefool”.
This marks the first time twocolors and Pia Mia have worked together. For Pia Mia, the new single follows up "Hot" released back in July.- source : EDM.com
