Oxford Drama Returns With New Song “The Leader”
Polish dream pop duo Oxford Drama, consisting of Małgorzata Dryjańska and Marcin Mrówka, returned with a new song “The Leader” on January 25, 2024.
The song is their first music in three years since the 2021 album “What's the Deal with Time?”.
Also, the song is the first single off of their upcoming fourth studio album, which is expected to be this spring.
It was written by Małgorzata Dryjańska, and Marcin Mrówka who also produced the track.
The accompanying music video was directed by Jakub Jakobiszyn.
The track is a political satire wrapped in a pulsating dance, with Małgorzata Dryjańska and Marcin Mrówka enjoying the comfort of their own musical skins while also dipping their fingers into new sonic explorations. With this late-summer-jam-turned-societal-critique, the duo is flexing newfound confidence, bold and upfront like never before.
