British DJ Nathan Dawe teamed up with British DJ Joel Corry and British singer-songwriter Ella Henderson to release a new song “0800 HEAVEN” on June 9, 2023.
This marks the first collaboration between Nathan Dawe and Joel Corry. But Nathan Dawe has worked with Ella Henderson on the 2020 single “Lighter” and 2022 single “21 Reasons”.
The track was written by Ella Henderson, Joe Barbe, Joel Corry, John Nicholas Ealand Morgan, Meagan Cotton, Nathan Dawe, and William Martyn Lansley. Produced by Nathan Dawe, Joel Corry, and Punctual.
Nathan Dawe said, “I'm so excited about 0800 HEAVEN. I came up with the concept for this song while I was touring last summer and I'm so happy I've managed to bring the idea to life with Joel and Ella.”- Ella Henderson told Planet Radio, “This has happened very, very fast. The next thing you know he's (Nathan) sent it to Joel, Joel rings me and he's like, 'I want to come on it, we've got to do it together', and then, here we are, it's happening! So, we're absolutely buzzing. It is a really fun record," she continued.”
Joel Corry aded, “We have talked about doing a collab together, and I just thought, maybe the project could be called Corry Dawe... That is actually pretty sick.” - source : Apple Music
