LF System Premieres New Song “Dancing Shoes (Take Me Higher)” on BBC Radio 1
Scottish DJ duo LF System, consisting of Conor Larkman and Sean Finnigan, premiered a new song “Dancing Shoes (Take Me Higher)” on BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds with Sian Eleri.
The song is the first single under their new label Ministry of Sound.
The duo shared, “We’re so buzzing to finally share that we have signed with the legendary Ministry of Sound - an iconic dance label, that we have dreamed of working with since the start of this wild journey.”
The track was written by Karl Jenkins, Mike Ratledge, and Mike Thorne. Produced by LF System. British singer Kelly Barnes joined in the song as vocals.
The duo told Sian Eleri about the song, “I think we found the sample last year. And then finally once you start an idea and then it sits on the shelf and then we finally got them to finish, and often never hear.”- source : BBC Radio 1
