Toronto-based singer-songwriter Dani Robert premiered a new music video for "Clouds". The song was written by Dani Robert, and co-written & co-produced by Michael 'Mic Tee' Tjahjadi, Brian Tjondrowibowo and Bryan Cockett.
The music video, directed by Gord Poon, tells the story of a lifelong friendship, featuring snapshots into their lives as toddlers, teens, and young adults, as they gradually develop feelings for one another.
The track is her debut song, and the 25-year-old singer explained about the song;
"Clouds demonstrates the challenge of speaking what’s in your heart, exploring vulnerability, the subjectivity of human connection, love, and time."
Dani Robert started songwriting at seven, her music is piano-based, alternative pop, and EDM. She thinks that her music becomes a music therapist, helping people to express themselves through music.
"The opportunity to use my songwriting as a way to not only express myself, my thoughts, ideas, my purpose, but to do that for others is undeniably one of the greatest gifts I have been given," she said.- source : SoundCloud
