Lauv Releases New Song “Drugs & The Internet”
American singer-songwriter Lauv has released a new song “Drugs & The Internet” with an accompanying music video, following “I’m So Tired…” with Troy Sivan.
The video was directed by Jenna Marsh, who crafted mysterious digital world.
"I was going through a period struggling with obsessive anxiety and depression. It was important for me to talk about that because one of the steps for me to get better was accepting the idea of medication,” Lauve said in a statement. “I was so against medication for the longest time. Then, I finally said 'I’ll try it.' That, in combination with therapy and changing the way I think, helped me.”
The song is taken from his upcoming debut album "~how i’m feeling~", which is the follow-up to his 2018 compilation "I Met You When I Was 18".
