Los Angeles based singer-songwriter Phoebe Ryan has released a new song “James Has Changed” from her upcoming second EP “James”, which is out on October 27, 2017. The song was premiered exclusively on MILK.XYZ.
It was wwritten by Phoebe Ryan, Joonas Laaksoharju, Leroy Clampitt and Axel Ehnström.
From the EP, she already released "Forgetting All About You" featuring blackbear and "Be Real”.
About the new song, Phoebe Ryan said;
“The whole story behind ‘James Has Changed’ started from a bad dream I had last September while I was writing in Finland. In the dream, I was married to a beautiful man who looked exactly like Enrique Iglesias. We were so in love until, all of a sudden, he told me he didn’t love me anymore. It was one of those dreams that feels so real, you literally jump out of bed in a panic. When I woke up I wrote down the words ‘James has Changed’.”-
- Phoebe Ryan signed to Columbia Records in 2015 and released her debut EP “Mine”.
She is known as a songwriter for artists such as Britney Spears, Oh Honey, Melanie Martinez, and Bea Miller, and featured on songs by The Knocks, Tritonal, Skizzy Mars, and The Chainsmokers among others. - source : MILK.XYZ.
