Mac Wetha Premieres New Song “Fear Of Flying” featuring Aminé & beabadoobee on BBC Radio 1
London-based producer Mac Wetha premiered a new song “Fear Of Flying” on BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds with Clara Amfo.
This time, he teamed up with American rapper Aminé and British singer-songwriter beabadoobee on the track.
The track was written by Lloyd Macdonald, Matt Maltese, Josh Scarbrow, and Adam Daniels. Produced by Mac Wetha, Matt Maltese, and Josh Scarbrow.
Mac Wetha told Clara Amfo about this collaboration with Aminé and beabadoobee, “They're just like two friends that I always like, knew would be great on a song together and I had this 'Fear Of Flying' song kind of like half finished for years like since 2019. And then honestly just kind of came together. It was very like natural. It took it was like quite a few years in the making. But like when everyone's head was just like in the right place, ended up just happening very naturally. And I'm just honestly I'm just really stoked that it's coming together. It's great. I love the song so much.”
- He continued, “It was it wasn't like the kind of song that was hard work and anyway. But when I came to LA last year and met up with him (Aminé), to get his verse and do some, make some music and stuff, he just wrote it so quickly, and just immediately sounded like really good. And I was like yes, this song was gonna be just just great.”
