  • S Club Returns With New Song “These Are The Days”

  • British pop group S Club, formerly known as S Club 7, returned with a new song “These Are The Days” on July 26, 2023.

It is their first music in 20 years. And the song pays tribute to late original member Paul Cattermole, who died suddenly in April this year due to heart-related issues.
The track was written by Simon Ellis, Cathy Dennis, J Ellis, and John Nathaniel who also produced it.
The accompanying music video was directed by Howard Greenhalgh, who filmed in London.
The group shared on social media, “We hope you love the track as much as we do, and get to reminisce with us on all your favourite moments with friends and loved ones. This was a true labour of love and the experience of creating it together was so special. This one's for you, Paul.”
  • Back in February, S Club, consisting of Tina Barrett, Paul Cattermole, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh, Jo O'Meara, Hannah Spearritt and Rachel Stevens, announced that the group embarks on their reunion tour in October.
But after Paul Cattermole's deth, the group revealed that Hannah Spearritt would not be joining them.
Jon Lee said, “You've probably noticed that there's only five of us here today, and although Hannah will always be part of S Club 7, she won't be joining us on this tour. We wish her all the best for the future. However, the five of us are really excited and geared up.”
The tour has been renamed the Good Times tour, also in honor of Paul Cattermole, who sang lead on the group's 2001 song of the same name.
The tour kicks off at Manchester AO Arena on October 12, 2023. Learn more about tour dates, here.
